摘要
脊髓损伤是中枢神经系统的一种严重创伤,目前认为线粒体氧化损伤和诱导细胞凋亡是急性脊髓损伤的重要致病机制。乙酰左旋肉碱(ALC)是生物体内含量最丰富的左旋肉碱衍生物,其抗炎症、抗氧化、抗凋亡及促进脂肪代谢等生物学作用可能对脊髓损伤的治疗有重要意义。现通过文献回顾,就乙酰左旋肉碱对脊髓损伤后线粒体的保护机制进行综述。
Spinal cord injury is a serious injury to the central nervous system.At present,it is believed that mitochondrial oxidative damage and apoptosis induction are the important pathogenic mechanisms of acute spinal cord injury.Acetyl L-carnitine is the most abundant L-carnitine derivative in vivo.Its anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant,anti-apoptotic and lipid metabolism promoting biological effects may be of great significance for the treatment of spinal cord injury.In this paper,the protective mechanism of acetyl L-carnitine on mitochondria after spinal cord injury is reviewed through literature review.
