组合药剂综合回收铅锌矿伴生金属银试验研究

Experimental Study on Comprehensive Recovery of the Associated Metallic Silver of Lead-zinc Ore by Combination Reagent

主要以飞瑞98、丁铵黑药与25#黑药组合药剂实验室试验、工业试验和生产应用为依托,证明飞瑞98、丁铵黑药与25#黑药组合药剂不仅可以应用于综合回收铅锌矿伴生金属银作业流程,在一定程度上降低药剂成本,而且可以取得较好的选矿指标;同时,通过组合药剂的研发应用,在多捕收剂多点捕收银矿物方面积累了一定的科技研发经验,也为今后综合回收其他有价金属的药剂制度提供了参考方向。

It is proved that the combination reagent of Feirui98,ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate and 25#aerofloat not only can apply to the operation flow of comprehensive recovery of the associated metallic silver from lead-zinc ore,the reagent cost can be decreased,but also can get good separation targets based on the laboratory test,industrial test and production application of the combination reagent of Feirui98,ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate and 25#aerofloat;simultaneously,a certain science and technology research and development experience is accumulated on the aspect of multi-point silver collector minerals of multi-collecting agent through the research and application of the combination reagent,and it also provide the reference direction of the reagent system for comprehensive recovery of the valuable metals.
