载金炭解吸电解系统结垢物的综合回收试验

摘要 为实现云南某金矿载金炭解吸管道结垢物中有价金属的综合回收,结合相关试验和生产实践,通过在解吸系统中添加碳酸钠,可延缓高温管道中硫酸钙等高密度结垢物的生长和转化结垢物存在形式。通过烘烤-粗碎-酸浸及火法冶炼,可实现分步回收结垢物中的金银铜等有价金属,回收率分别为金99.38%,银98.74%,铜84.40%。试验研究解决了含金物料长期堆存的问题,实现了结垢物中金银的高效回收,为今后结垢物抑制及其有价金属的综合高效回收生产实践提供了技术可行、指标较为优良的方法。 The comprehensive recovery of the valuable metals in scaling substance in gold-loaded carbon desorption pipeline should be carried out through addition of sodium carbonate in the desorption system,it can delay the growth of high density scaling substance like calcium sulfate in high temperature pipe,according to the relative test and production practice.Furthermore,the valuable metals like gold,silver,copper and so on in the scaling substance can be recycled step by step through roasting-coarse crushing-acid leaching and pyrometallurgy,the recovery rate separately are gold 99.38%,silver 98.74%,copper 84.40%.The problem that long-term storage of gold-bearing materials is solved by the experimental study,the efficient recycling of gold and silver in the scaling matter is done,which provide the better method with technical feasibility and good targets for scaling matter's inhibition and the high efficient recovery production practice of valuable metals.
