摘要
碳酸氢铵与氯化钆沉淀反应制备碳酸钆前驱体,碳酸钆前驱体经高温焙烧得到Gd2O_(3)。考察了晶种添加、碳酸氢铵浓度、沉淀温度、沉淀时间对Gd2O_(3)松装密度的影响。结果表明:添加适量的晶种,采用特定的方式进行培养,控制碳酸氢铵浓度130 g/L,沉淀温度(60~65)℃,沉淀时间60 min,可以制备出大颗粒晶型碳酸钆前驱体,经高温焙烧,可以获得松装密度>0.8 g/cm^(3)的Gd2O_(3)。
The precursor of gadolinium carbonate is prepared by precipitation reaction of ammonium bicarbonate and gadolinium chloride,the precursor of gadolinium carbonate is roasted with high temperature to get Gd2O_(3).The effect of seed crystal addition,ammonium bicarbonate concentration,precipitation temperature,precipitation time on bulk density of Gd2O_(3).The results show:when the appropriate amount of seed crystal is added,and the specific seed cultivation method is adopted,the ammonium bicarbonate concentration shall be controlled in 130 g/L,the precipitation time shall be controlled in(60~65)℃,the precipitation time is controlled in 60 min,therefore the precursor of gadolinium carbonate crystal with large particles can be produced,and after high temperature roasting,the Gd2O_(3).with bulk density>0.8 g/cm^(3) can be obtained.
