摘要
316L不锈钢电热管在弯曲成形过程中部分电热管会发生断裂,降低了成品率,通过对断口样品进行金相组织观察和断口形貌分析,研究了其弯曲断裂原因,并提出了解决措施和改进方案。
316L stainless steel electric heating tube would crack and break in the process of bend-forming,therefore the finished product ratio is reduced.The metallographic structure observation and the morphology analysis is carried out for the fracture sample,the reasons of bending failure is analyzed,and the countermeasures and the improvement schemes are proposed.
