The hot-dipped Al-Zn Products are widely apply to the industries of architecture,home appliances,automobile and so on because of its excellent performance,therefore the product quality requirement is improved constantly.The effect of each process of continuous hot Al-Zn zinc plating unit on product surface quality is analyzed,and the corresponding reasonable suggestions are also proposed.
