铝灰高温相变研究

Study on High Temperature Phase Change of Aluminum Ash

摘要 运用X射线衍射仪对铝灰样品进行物质成分分析,然后使用热分析仪对铝灰样品进行差示扫描量热法(DSC)和热重法(TG)分析,同时确定相变温度点,根据相变温度点对铝灰样品进行高温X射线衍射分析,最终得到铝灰样品在升温过程中的各温度段的具体相变情况,为铝灰热处理工艺回收金属铝提供科学依据。 The analysis on material composition of aluminum ash is carried out by using of X-ray diffractometer,the analysis of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and thermogravimetry(TG)of aluminum ash is carried out by thermal analyzer,meanwhile the phase change temperature spots shall be confirmed,and the high temperature X-ray diffraction analysis of the aluminum ash sample is carried out according to phase change temperature spots,finally the specific phase change situation of various temperature section in the temperature-rise period of aluminum ash sample,which supply the scientific evidence for the heat treatment process of aluminum ash for metallic aluminum recovery.
