摘要
矿热炉主要用于生产各种铁合金,因受耐材质量、冶炼操作水平等因素制约,炉衬使用寿命有限,到期后必须抠炉检修重新砌筑耐材。为缩短抠炉工期,减少停机时间,提高矿热炉年产量,停炉前应制定并执行洗炉方案,尽量将炉内物料及死料区渣铁熔化后外排至炉外,可以减少抠出物料总量约30%~60%的物料;在停机后依据矿热炉结构和现场实际情况选择合理位置在炉壳上开孔,可以方便快捷将炉内物料倒运至炉外。实践证明,选择合理的技术,可以实现快速、高效的抠炉。
The submerged furnace is mainly used for production of all kinds of iron alloy,the life time of the furnace lining is limited due to the effect of restriction factors,such as lining material quality,smelting operation level and so on,therefore,after the expiration of life time,the old furnace lining material must be removed and overhauled,the refractory lining must be rebuilt.A furnace flushing scheme shall be planned and implemented before furnace shut down in order to shorten the lining removal period and downtime,as well as increased the annual output of the submerged arc furnace,the material and scum in die materials area shall be molten and discharged out of the furnace to the greatest extent,therefore about 30%~60%materials of the total quantities can be decreased;Cutting holes at the reasonable position of furnace shell according to the submerged arc furnace structure and the actual site situation in the downtime,the materials inside the furnace can be transported out of the furnace quickly and conveniently.The practice show,the old furnace lining and scaling can be removed fast and efficient with the reasonable technology.
