摘要
通过1例罕见的动脉肌纤维增生所致慢性缺血性肠病的诊断及治疗,回顾相关文献,以增强临床医师对此类疾病的认识,提高诊断率,及时治疗,减少误诊、误治的发生。
We reported a rare case with chronic ischemic bowel disease caused by fibromuscular dysplasia to make clinicians understand better of the diseases with similar symptoms and reduce the misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
