右上腹巨大胃肠间质瘤肝转移伴急性上消化道出血1例报道

Right upper abdominal giant gastrointestinal stromal tumor with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding and liver metastasis:one case report

胃肠间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumor,GIST)是一种具有潜在恶性生物学行为的消化系统肿瘤,手术切除是GIST首选并有可能治愈的唯一方法。本文报道我院收治的1例右上腹巨大GIST肝转移伴急性上消化道出血的患者。

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST)are tumors of the digestive system with potentially malignant biological behavior.Surgical treatment is the first choice for GIST.Surgical resection is the only method that can be cured.This article reported a case of liver metastasis of giant GIST in the right upper abdomen with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage treated in our hospital.
