摘要
以新开发银行总部大楼项目为工程背景,针对现场多个超大高差的吊顶施工难题,介绍了悬挂钢平台的具体应用。介绍了悬挂钢平台在设计阶段的螺栓连接节点优化、提升及悬挂点位布置等技术,阐述了现场实施阶段提升设备及提升梁的安装工艺。实践证明,该悬挂钢平台操作简便,既降低了施工风险,又保证了施工质量。
Taking the New Development Bank headquarters building project as the engineering background,the specific application of the suspended steel platform is introduced in view of the construction problems of several suspended ceilings with super large height difference.The technologies of bolt connection node optimization,lifting and suspended point layout for the suspended steel platform in the design stage are introduced,and the installation process of lifting equipment and lifting beam in the on-site implementation stage is expounded.The practice shows that the suspended steel platform is easy to operate,which not only reduces the construction risk,but also ensures the construction quality.
