翻建项目既有工程桩的二次利用技术

摘要 某地下室翻建工程需保留利用原地下室工程桩,但锚固钢筋在底板破拆过程中易遭到弯折损伤,抗拔承载力无法得到保证。为此,通过一种预制桩钢棒连接器,将桩头钢棒与锚固钢筋相连,经抗拔检测满足设计要求。实践证明,预制桩钢棒连接器经济、可靠,为工程的顺利实施提供了有力的保障。 In a basement renovation project,the original basement piles need to be retained,however the anchor bars are prone to bending damage in the process of bottom plate demolition,and the uplift bearing capacity cannot be guaranteed.Therefore,through a prefabricated pile steel bar connector,the pile head steel bar is connected with the anchor steel bar,and it meets the design requirements by uplift tests.The practice proves that the prefabricated pile steel bar connector is economical and reliable,which provides a strong guarantee for the smooth implementation of the project.
