摘要
老旧小区更新改造是居民的迫切需要,是民生工程的重要组成部分之一。以上海市武宁路74弄2—10号(双号)成套改造工程为背景,研究形成涵盖空间布局调整、加装电梯、外立面整体改造等一体化的老旧小区更新改造关键施工技术,实现从简单维修型旧房改造到精细化功能提升型更新的转变。
The renovation of old communities is an urgent need of residents and an important part of people's livelihood projects.Based on the complete set of renovation project of No.2-10,Lane 74,Wuning Road,Shanghai,the key construction technology of the old community renovation is studied and formed,including the adjustment of spatial layout,the additional installation of elevators,the overall renovation of the facade,etc.,which implements the transformation from simple maintenance to refined function upgrading.
