摘要
上海市轨道交通14号线某区间盾构进出洞时面临承压含水层问题,为保证盾构顺利施工,采用探地雷达探测环箍注浆效果,指导判断衬砌与盾构机之间、衬砌与周围加固土之间的间隙填充情况,以期形成有效的“瓶塞”效应,防止承压水沿管片界面渗入盾构机内部。结合工程实际情况,充分验证了采用探地雷达进行环箍注浆质量检测的可行性,可为类似项目施工提供借鉴。
The Construction of shield entry and exit hole in a certain section of Shanghai rail transit Line 14 faces the problem of confined aquifer.In order to ensure the smooth construction of the shield,the ground penetrating radar is used to detect the hoop grouting effect,and to guide the judgment of the gap filling between the lining and the shield machine,and between the lining and the surrounding reinforced soil.It is expected to form an effective"bottle stopper"effect and prevent the confined water from seeping into the shield machine along the segment interface.Combined with the actual situation of the project,the feasibility of using ground penetrating radar to detect the quality of hoop grouting is fully verified,which can provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
