小曲率半径连续梁施工中的挂篮改进技术

摘要 在小曲率半径段的路线上设置悬浇连续梁结构时,整座桥梁需要同时考虑纵坡及横坡随曲率半径的变化情况。为确保整座桥梁的横坡满足设计要求,每个现浇块段需要根据横坡的变化进行整体倾斜,以达到设计要求,桥梁的线形控制难度很高,常规的挂篮法无法施工,需要研发合适的挂篮设计及施工工艺。结合马来西亚DASH-CB4高架快速路项目,通过技术研究开发了一种新型挂篮,可用于小曲率半径、变坡度大跨连续梁的悬浇施工。 When the cantilever pouring continuous beam structure is set up on the route with small curvature radius,the change of longitudinal slope and cross slope with curvature radius should be considered simultaneously for the whole bridge.In order to ensure that the cross slope of the whole bridge meets the design requirements,each cast-in-place block needs to be inclined as a whole according to the change of cross slope to meet the design requirements.The linear control of bridge is very difficult and the conventional hanging basket method cannot be used in construction,so it is necessary to develop appropriate hanging basket design and construction technology.Combined with Malaysia DASH-CB4 elevated expressway project,a new type of hanging basket is developed through technical research,which can be used for cantilever pouring construction of small curvature radius and variable slope long-span continuous beam.
