摘要 斜拉索多处于山川湖海等高湿度地区,又长期暴露在风雨、潮湿和污染空气的环境中,其上下锚头容易被腐蚀,需要定期进行灌油、换索等维修保养,导致维护成本高、维修时间长,且存在安全隐患。以黄石新港大道北延道路工程EPC项目为例,提出并介绍了一种斜拉索除湿系统,解决了上下锚头及斜拉索的锈蚀问题,大大降低了斜拉索的更换频率,有效地保证了桥梁的安全。 The stay cables are mostly located in high humidity areas such as mountains,rivers,lakes and seas,and exposed to the environment of wind,rain,humidity and air pollution for a long time.The upper and lower anchor heads of stay cables are easy to be corroded.Therefore,the regular maintenance such as oil filling and cable replacement is required,which leads to high maintenance cost,long maintenance time and potential safety hazards.Taking the EPC project of Huangshi Xingang Avenue North Extension Road Project as an example,a kind of stay cable dehumidification system is proposed and introduced,which solves the corrosion problems of upper and lower anchor heads and stay cables,greatly reduces the replacement frequency of stay cables,and effectively ensures the safety of the bridge.
