Slug和Vimentin在甲状腺乳头状癌中表达及其与患者临床病理特征的关系研究

Expression of Slug and Vimentin in papillary thyroid carcinoma and study on their relationship with clinicopathological features

目的分析Slug和波形蛋白(Vimentin)在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)中的表达情况及相关性。方法选取滨州市人民医院2011年1月~2020年1月接诊的103例PTC患者的癌组织标本作为研究组,选择同一时期的42例PTC患者的癌旁甲状腺组织作为参照组。采用免疫组化法分析两组中的Slug和Vimentin表达,并分析其与临床病理参数间的关系。结果研究组的Slug、Vimentin阳性率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腺体外侵犯组织中的Slug、Vimentin阳性率高于腺体外未被侵犯的组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分期较晚的肿瘤组织中的Slug、Vimentin阳性率高于分期较早的组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出现淋巴结转移肿瘤组织中的Slug、Vimentin阳性率高于淋巴结未转移的组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PTC中的Slug和Vimentin蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.523,P=0.031)。结论PTC中Slug和Vimentin的异常表达与肿瘤侵袭转移有关,能够为PTC诊断及临床治疗评估提供可靠依据。

Objective To explore the expression and correlation of Slug and Vimentin in papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC).Methods A total of 103 PTC patients′cancer tissue samples in People′s Hospital of Binzhou City from January 2011 to January 2020 were selected as the research group.In the same period,42 cases of PTC adjacent tissue samples were selected as the control group.The expressions of Slug and Vimentin in two groups were analyzed by immunohistochemistry,and the relationship between Slug and Vimentin and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed.Results The positive rates of Slug and Vimentin in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of Slug and Vimentin in extrathyroidal invasion tissues were higher than those in no extrathyroidal invasion tissues,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of Slug and Vimentin in later TNM stage tissues were higher than those in earlier TNM stage tissues,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of Slug and Vimentin in lymph node metastasis tissues were higher than those in no lymph node metastasis tissues,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was positive correlation between Slug and Vimentin in PTC(r=0.523,P=0.031).Conclusion The abnormal expressions of Slug and Vimentin gene may promote PTC invasion and metastasis,which can provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment assessment.
