支架辅助与双微导管技术治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤的临床效果比较

Comparison of clinical effects of stent-assisted and double microcatheter in the treatment of intracranial wide-necked aneurysms

目的比较支架辅助与双微导管技术治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤的临床效果。方法选取2016年6月~2020年6月惠州市中心人民医院收治的60例颅内宽颈动脉瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例),观察组患者采用双微导管技术的治疗方法,对照组患者采用支架辅助的治疗方法。比较两组患者的神经功能缺损程度评分、生活活动能力评分、住院时间、预后及并发症发生率。结果治疗后两组的神经功能缺损程度评分和生活活动能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者的住院时间及预后情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支架辅助与双微导管技术治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤均可获得理想效果,预后效果良好,均能够改善患者的生活活动能力,减轻神经功能缺损程度。但双微导管技术的并发症发生率更低,可见此种治疗方法的安全性更突出,临床上可根据患者的实际情况选择适宜的治疗方式。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of stent-assisted and double microcatheter in the treatment of intracranial wide-necked aneurysms.Methods A total of 60 patients with intracranial wide necked aneurysms admitted to Huizhou Central People′s Hospital from June 2016 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)according to random number table method.Patients in the observation group were treated with double microcatheter technology,and patients in the control group were treated with stent-assisted treatment.The scores of neurological impairment,life activity scores,hospital stay,prognosis,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,there was no significant difference in neurological deficit score and living activity score between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the length of stay and prognosis between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Stent-assisted and double microcatheter technique can achieve ideal results in the treatment of intracranial wide carotid aneurysms,and the prognosis is good,which can improve the living ability of patients and alleviate the degree of nerve function defect.However,the double microcatheter technique has a lower complication rate,so the safety of this treatment scheme is more prominent,and the appropriate treatment method can be selected according to the actual situation of the patients.
