补火生土法联合热敏灸治疗脾肾阳虚型慢传输型便秘的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of slow transit constipation of spleen-kidney yang deficiency by supplementing fire and creating earth combined with thermosensitive moxibustion

目的探讨补火生土法联合热敏灸治疗脾肾阳虚型慢传输型便秘(STC)的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月~2020年6月于江西省九江市中医医院就诊的80例脾肾阳虚型STC患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组与对照组,每组各40例。治疗组患者给予补火生土法联合热敏灸治疗,对照组患者给予枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,两组均治疗30 d。比较两组患者的疗效、中医证候积分及不良反应总发生率。结果治疗组患者的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗30 d后,两组患者的中医证候积分均低于治疗前,治疗组患者的中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用补火生土法联合热敏灸治疗脾肾阳虚型STC患者可有效改善便秘情况,且安全性较高,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of slow transit constipation(STC)of spleen-kidney yang deficiency by supplementing fire and creating earth combined with thermosensitive moxibustion.Methods A total of 80 STC patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency type who were admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with supplementing fire and creating earth combined with thermosensitive moxibustion,and the control group was treated with Mosapride Citrate Tablets.Both groups were treated for 30 days.The curative effect,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 30 days of treatment,TCM syndrome scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of supplementing fire and creating earth combined with thermosensitive moxibustion in the treatment of STC patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency can effectively improve constipation,with high safety,and is worthy of promotion.
