杨小军教授治疗复发性口腔溃疡经验总结

Professor YANG Xiao-jun′s experience in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer

复发性口腔溃疡是发生在口腔黏膜的常见疾病,西医学认为其发病与众多因素有关,而中医学认为其主要与“火”邪关系密切,病因多分为实火与虚火,其主要病机为脾胃升降功能失调、气机紊乱、阴阳失其调和,病位主要在口、脾胃,涉及心、肝、肾。治疗上目前尚无特效治疗方案,西医以对症及病因治疗为主,而单一西药治疗效果并不显著且病情易反复,中医药个体化的治疗方案发挥很大优势,且中西医结合治疗方案近年来备受推崇。杨小军教授在临床中通过具体辨证施治采用方证对应与西药相结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡患者取得良好的治疗效果,笔者将杨小军教授治疗复发性口腔溃疡的用药经验做一总结,分享一则具体病案,以飨同道。

Recurrent oral ulcer is a common disease that occurs in the oral mucosa.Western medicine believes that its incidence is related to many factors,while traditional Chinese medicine believes that it is mainly related to the"fire"evil.The cause is mostly divided into actual fire and virtual fire.Its main pathogenesis is the spleen and stomach rise and fall dysfunction,qi disorder,yin and yang are out of balance,the disease is mainly in the mouth,spleen and stomach,involving the heart,liver and kidney.There is currently no specific treatment plan for treatment.Western medicine focuses on symptomatic and etiological treatment.However,the treatment effect of single western medicine is not significant and the disease is easy to recur.The individualized treatment plan of traditional Chinese medicine has played a great advantage,and the treatment plan of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has been in recent years and highly respected.In the clinic,Professor YANG Xiao-jun uses the combination of prescription and western medicine to treat patients with recurrent oral ulcers through specific syndrome differentiation and treatment.The author summarizes professor YANG Xiaojun′s experience in treating recurrent oral ulcers and shares a specific medical record with other doctors.
