体外膈肌起搏器联合呼吸康复护理技术对脑损伤恢复期患儿肺功能的影响

Influence of pulmonary function for brain damage children by external diaphragm pacemaker with respiratory rehabilitation nursing technique in convalescence period

目的探讨体外膈肌起搏器联合呼吸康复护理技术对脑损伤恢复期患儿肺功能的影响。方法选取沈阳市儿童医院2019年7月~2020年7月收治的60例脑损伤恢复期患儿作为研究对象,按照随机纸片法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组采用常规呼吸康复护理健康指导,观察组采用体外膈肌起搏器联合呼吸康复护理技术,比较两组干预前后的肺功能测定指标、呼吸力学指标、日常生活质量评分情况。结果两组干预前的肺活量、最大通气量百分比、血氧饱和度、氧合指数、气道峰压、气道阻力、日常生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,两组的肺活量、最大通气量百分比、血氧饱和度、氧合指数、气道阻力、日常生活质量评分高于干预前,气道峰压低于干预前;观察组的肺活量、最大通气量百分比、血氧饱和度、氧合指数、气道阻力、日常生活质量评分高于对照组,气道峰压低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体外膈肌起搏器联合呼吸康复护理技术在脑损伤恢复期患儿中应用,可改善患儿的肺功能和呼吸力学指标,提高患儿的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To approach influence of pulmonary function for brain damage children by external diaphragm pacemaker with respiratory rehabilitation nursing technique in convalescence period.Methods A total of 60 cases brain damage children treated in Shenyang Children′s Hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as objects of study,who were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the detection group(30 cases)by random slip method.The control group used routine inhalation rehabilitation nursing health instruction,the detection group used external diaphragm pacemaker with respiratory rehabilitation nursing technique,the pulmonary function index,suction index,daily life quality score of two group before intervention and after intervention were compared.Results The lung capacity,maximum ventilation percentage,oxygenation,oxygenation index,peak airway pressure,airway resistance,daily life quality score of two group before intervention were compared,the differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05).After intervention,lung capacity,maximum ventilation percentage,oxygenation,oxygenation index,airway resistance,daily life quality score of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,peak airway pressure was lower than that before intervention;lung capacity,maximum ventilation percentage,oxygenation,oxygenation index,airway resistance,daily life quality score of detection group were higher than those of the control group,peak airway pressure was lower than that in the control group,the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pulmonary function for brain damage children by external diaphragm pacemaker with respiratory rehabilitation nursing technique in convalescence period,which could improve pulmonary function and suction index of children,increase daily life quality of children,it is worth to be used.
