某型直升机振动故障研究

Research on Vibration Fault of a Helicopter

针对某型直升机外场试飞时飞行员反映的直升机异常振动故障,使用特定设备对故障位置振动值进行测量,通过分析振动频谱图,结合直升机振动特性对故障原因进行研究分析,并根据测量结果及该型直升机维护手册建议制定减小振动值的措施,最终消除直升机异常振动故障。

Aiming at the helicopter abnormal vibration fault reflected by the pilot in the outfield flight test of a certain helicopter,the vibration value of the fault location is measured by using specific equipment.Through analyzing the vibration spectrum and combining with the vibration characteristics of the helicopter,the fault causes are studied and analyzed.According to the measurement results and the suggestions of the maintenance manual of a certain helicopter,the measures to reduce the vibration value are formulated,and finally the abnormal vibration fault of the helicopter is eliminated.
