航空文化是人们在长期的航空实践过程中所创造的物质文化和精神文化的总和。从马克思主义实践论和人的自由全面发展理论阐释航空文化的内涵,深入认识航空文化内涵与外延;从国内外航空文化发展历程归纳航空文化的特征,明晰航空文化的共有属性和特有属性;从价值导向、规范行为、凝聚意识、激励斗志四个方面探讨航空文化的育人价值。明晰航空文化的内涵特征,有助于我们更清晰地认识航空文化,了解其对于航空类高校的育人价值,有助于我们明确其对于经济和社会发展的重要性,进而促进航空文化的发展与创新。

Aviation culture is the sum of material culture and spiritual culture created by people in the long-term aviation practice.This paper expounds the connotation of aviation culture from the Marxist theory of practice and the theory of human free and all-round development,and deeply understands the connotation and extension of aviation culture;sums up the characteristics of aviation culture from the development process of aviation culture at home and abroad,and clarifies the common and unique attributes of aviation culture;and probes into the educational value of aviation culture from four aspects:value orientation,behavior norms,consciousness cohesion and morale motivation.Clarifying the connotation and characteristics of aviation culture will help us to have a clearer understanding of aviation culture,understand its educational value for aviation colleges and universities,and also help us to make clear its importance for economic and social development,so as to promote the development and innovation of aviation culture.
