乳腺微创旋切术在乳腺多发良性肿瘤治疗中的应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较微创旋切术与传统手术治疗乳腺多发良性肿瘤的使用现状。方法将260例乳腺多发良性肿瘤患者分为微创手术组125例,传统手术组135例.观察2组手术时间、术中出血量、愈合时间、病灶切除率、切口数占肿瘤数量比值,术后瘀斑、术后感染、术后血肿、术后瘢痕发生率以及手术费用情况。结果微创手术组患者年龄构成较传统手术组呈现年轻化趋势(P<0.05)。微创手术组的手术时间、术中出血量、愈合时间、病灶切除率、切口数占肿瘤数量比值明显优于传统手术组(P<0.05);微创手术组的术后瘀斑发生率、术后感染发生率、术后瘢痕率明显低于传统手术组(P<0.05);术后血肿发生率在微创手术组与传统手术组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);微创手术组较传统手术组手术费用高(P<0.05)。结论乳腺微创旋切术在乳腺多发良性肿瘤治疗中疗效显著,适宜宁夏地区临床推广应用。 Objective To compare the current situation of minimally invasive excision and traditional surgery in the treatment of multiple benign breast tumors.Methods 260 patients with multiple benign breast tumors were divided into minimally invasive surgery group(n=125)and traditional surgery group(n=135)according to their own choice.The operation time,amount of bleeding,healing time,resectability,number of incisions,the incidence of ecchymosis,infection,scar,hematoma after operation and operation cost between the two different kinds of operation mthods were recorded and compared.Results The patients of the minimally invasive surgery group was younger than that in the traditional surgery group(P<0.05).Operation time,amount of bleeding,healing time,resectability rate of and the number of incisions in the minimally invasive surgery group were obviously better than those in the traditional surgery group(P<0.05).The postoperative complications of minimally invasive surgery group were obviously lower than that of traditional surgery group,like incidence rate of postoperative ecchymosis,postoperative infection rate,rate of postoperative scar(P<0.05);The difference in the incidence of hematoma between the minimally invasive surgery group and the traditional surgery group was no statistical significance(P>0.05);The operation cost was more expensive in minimally invasive group than that in traditional surgery group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of minimally invasive rotational mastectomy in the treatment of multiple benign breast tumors is significant,which is suitable for clinical application in Ningxia.
