摘要
增强师范生乡村从教志趣是新时代乡村教师队伍建设的首要任务。基于四川省4所师专学校在校师范生的调查数据,对师范生乡村从教意愿影响因素及其强度进行了描述统计和回归分析。研究发现:师专学校师范生的乡村从教意愿整体较高但仍值得关注;师范生乡村从教意愿受到先赋性、结构性和建构性因素的共同影响,建构性因素影响最大;师范生的个人职业偏好的影响显著高于师范教育培养;家人支持、家庭年收入、教师政策支持、乡村发展空间、教师地位待遇分别显著正向影响师范生乡村从教意愿。为此,建议从地方政府、师专学校、乡村学校、师范生四个层面协同发力,厚植师范生乡村从教志趣。
Improving the normal university students'teaching intention in the countryside is the most important task for the construction of rural teachers.Based on the survey data of normal university students in 4 educate colleges in Sichuan Province,descriptive statistics and regression analysis were made on the influencing factors and intensity of normal university students'teaching intention.The study found that the normal university students'teaching intention in the rural areas is high but still worthy of attention;the normal university students'teaching intention in the rural areas is affected by the combination of innate,structural,and constructive factors,and the constructive factors have the greatest influence.The influence of preference is significantly higher than that of normal education training;family support,family annual income,teacher policy support,rural development space,and teacher status treatment significantly and positively affect the normal university students'teaching intention.Therefore,it is recommended to work together from the four levels of government,teacher's colleges,rural schools,and normal university students to cultivate and stimulate the teaching intention.
