基层央行网络安全管理长效机制探究

Research on a long-term mechanism for network security management of central banks

随着科学技术的不断发展,人民银行计算及通信网络得到了快速发展,极大地推动了基层央行业务处理的信息化进程。基于此,文章通过调查基层央行的业务网络现状,分析基层央行业务网络安全管理中存在的问题,重点研究打造基层央行网络安全管理长效机制的有效建议,以期解决安全管理中出现的问题。

With the continuous development of science and technology,the computing and communication network of the people’s Bank of China has been developed rapidly,which has greatly promoted the information process of the basic central bank business processing.Based on this,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the network security management of grass-roots central banks by investigating the current situation of the business network of grass-roots central banks,and focuses on the effective suggestions for creating a long-term mechanism of network security management of grass-roots central banks,in order to solve the problems in security management.
