信息时代高职辅导员师资队伍建设探索

Exploration on the construction of higher vocational counselors’ teachingstaff in the information age

高等职业院校对辅导员的培养机制应当不断与社会需求相结合,保证辅导员数量充足,满足学生教育需求。目前处于信息时代,高等职业院校的教师队伍建设要充分利用信息技术,有效提升辅导员师资队伍建设,提高教师团队质量。文章着重研究了信息时代高职辅导员师资队伍的建设。

In higher vocational colleges,the training mechanism of counselors should be combined with social needs to ensure that the number of counselors is sufficient to meet the educational needs of students.At present,in the information age,it is necessary to make full use of information technology in the construction of teachers’team in higher vocational colleges,so as to effectively improve the construction of instructors’teaching staff and improve the quality of teachers’team.This paper focuses on the content of the construction of higher vocational counselor teaching staff in the information age.
