能量和调峰市场并存下灵活性热电企业日前产量决策模型

Day ahead production decision model of flexible combined heat and power enterprises under energy and down-regulation market

本文以含多类型供热机组以及储热的灵活性热电企业为研究对象,以采用全电量集中竞价的日前现货市场和深度调峰辅助服务市场并存为背景,基于价格接受者角色,以预测日前现货电价和调峰电价为依据,建立了灵活性热电企业的日前产量决策模型。以东北实际热电厂数据为基础构建算例进行了计算分析,结果验证了2个市场联合决策的必要性和本文模型的有效性。

By taking the flexible combined heat and power(CHP)enterprise includes multiple types of CHP units and heat storage as the research object,under the background of the coexistence of day ahead energy market and down-regulation market,this paper establishes the day ahead production decision-making model for the flexible CHP enterprises based on the role of price taker,according to the prediction of day ahead spot price and peak shaving price.Moreover,taking the typical CHP plant in the northeast of China as an example,the calculation are carried out,and the results verify the necessity of joint decision-making between the two markets and the effectiveness of the proposed model.
