基于高效输沙实现技术的淤筑村台示范研究 被引量:2

摘要 在黄河下游滩区村台建设过程中,利用黄河泥沙淤筑村台,不但能提升黄河河道的行洪能力,将黄河泥沙资源化利用,还能帮助滩区居民躲避洪灾,改善滩区居民生活条件。为利用高浓度长距离输沙通道淤筑村台,开展"黄河下游河道与滩区治理研究"项目多技术高效泥沙处置示范工程建设,在前人研究的基础上,基于张红武水力学及河流动力学理论体系,运用水流挟沙力等公式计算临界流速、阻力系数等,确定淤筑村台工程中动力系统、造浆系统和管道系统的关键技术参数,构建黄河不同粒径泥沙的长距离管道高效输沙参数计算方法。结果表明:结合工程实际的计算结果为管道高效输沙淤筑村台工程的设备布设等重要环节设计提供了技术支撑,淤筑村台工程良好的运行情景说明所选择的管径和输沙浓度是合适的,明显提高了工作效率,降低了工程成本。示范工程中泥沙水力粗度、含沙量等大量实测数据,均与前期理论计算结果颇为接近,从而在理论和实践上都表明,对于黄河床沙中的粗沙,可以实现长距离精准高效的管道高浓度输沙淤滩目标。 In the process of village platform construction in the lower Yellow River beach area,using the Yellow River sediment to build village platform can not only improve the flood carrying capacity of the Yellow River channel,utilize the Yellow River sediment resources,but also enable the beach area residents to avoid the flood disaster and improve the living and travel conditions of the beach area residents.In order to construct a high concentration and longdistance sediment transport channel,the multitechnology and highefficiency sediment disposal demonstration project of“research on river channel and beach area treatment of the lower Yellow River”has been carried out.On the basis of previous studies,based on Zhang Hongwu’s hydraulics and river dynamics theory system,this paper calculated the critical velocity and resistance coefficient by using the sediment carrying capacity formula,the key technical parameters of the power system,slurry making system and pipeline system in the village platform construction through siltation and constructed a longdistance pipeline highefficiency sediment transport meter to realize different coarse and fine sediment calculation methods.Combined with the engineering practice,the calculation results provide technical support for the design of equipment layout and other important links of the Yellow River pipeline highefficiency sediment transport and silting construction project.The smoothly operation situation of the silted village platform project shows that the selected pipe diameter and sediment concentration are appropriate,which significantly improves the work efficiency and saves the project cost.A large number of measured data,such as hydraulic roughness and sediment concentration are quite close to the previous theoretical calculation results.Therefore,it can be shown in theory and engineering that for the coarse sediment in the Yellow River bed sediment can achieve the goal of longdistance accurate and efficient pipeline high concentration sediment transport and siltation.It can provide theoretical basis for efficient sediment transport and silting up the downstream beach area of the Yellow River and provide reliable technology for improving the wide beach river morphology of the Lower Yellow River.
