摘要
On January 12th,2021,State Administration for Market Regulation issued the No.35th order,claiming that the Specification on Cosmetics Registration Record(hereinafter referred to as“Specification”)was approved in the 14th conference by State Administration for Market Regulation in 2020 and was put into force since May 1st,2021.The Specification totals 6 chapters and 63 articles,involving the first chapter as the general provisions,the second chapter as the registration of new materials of cosmetics and record management,the third chapter as cosmetics registration and record management,the fourth chapter as supervision and management,the fifth chapter as legal responsibility as well as the six chapter as supplementary provisions.
