摘要
目的利用快速成型技术建立阴茎及毗邻结构的快速成型(rapid prototyping,RP)模型,清晰显示阴茎及毗邻结构及空间位置变化。方法选取2009—2018年内蒙古医科大学附属医院整形美容烧伤科招募的10例正常成人,对受试者阴茎及毗邻结构进行CT扫描,将CT数据转为STL格式,利用Magics RP软件进行三维重建,应用激光快速成型技术制作出阴茎及毗邻结构的RP模型。在此模型上直接进行测量、设计、手术模拟、个性化阴茎整形修复体的预制。结果根据CT扫描二维数据制作的RP模型,能够立体、精确地显示阴茎内部及毗邻结构的形态、分布特点和相互间的三维空间解剖关系。结论利用阴茎及毗邻结构的RP模型,可为成人阴茎整形修复仿真模拟和手术方案的制定奠定基础,为临床、教学、科研提供帮助。
Objective To build the rapid prototyping(RP)model of penis and adjacent structures through rapid prototyping technology and to clearly display the space position change of penis and adjacent structures.Methods Ten healthy adults recruited from 2009 to 2018 underwent CT scan of penis and adjacent structures in the Department of Plastic Surgery and Burns of The Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University.The CT data was converted into STL format and the 3 D reconstruction was performed by Magics RP software.The RP model of penis and adjacent structures was made by laser rapid prototyping technology.The measurement,design,surgical simulation and prefabrication of personalized penile prosthesis can be carried out directly on this model.Results TThe RP model based on 2 D CT scan data can accurate display the morphology,distribution characteristics and 3 D anatomical relationship of the interior of the penis and adjacent structures.Conclusion The RP model of penis and adjacent structures lay the foundation for the simulation of adult penis and establishment of the surgical plans.This RP model provides help for clinic,teaching and scientific research.
