摘要
印度尼西亚雅加达至万隆高速铁路是采用中国铁路技术标准在国外建设的首条高速铁路,是一带一路倡议的标志性项目。通过对已制备完成的预制混凝土简支箱梁的技术资料进行统计,分析了其混凝土材料力学性能和结构力学性能。结果表明,雅万高速铁路预制箱梁混凝土材料力学性能,施工阶段的预应力管道摩阻损失、终张拉梁体弹性上拱及梁体上拱度,使用阶段的梁体竖向刚度和抗裂性均满足中国铁路相关设计规范和施工标准要求。施工阶段应重视预应力管道定位和成孔工艺控制及质量过程控制。
The Jakarta-Bandung high speed railway project in Indonesia is the first high speed railway project built in foreign countries according to Chinese railway technical standards,and is a symbolic project of the Belt and Road Initiatives.Based on the statistics of the technical data of the precast concrete simply supported box girders completed at present,the mechanical properties and the structure mechanical properties of concrete material were analyzed.The results show that the mechanical properties of precast box girders concrete materials,the friction loss of prestressed pipe,the final tension elastic camber and the camber of beam in the construction stage,and the vertical stiffness and crack resistance of beam in the service stage of Jakarta-Bandung high speed railway all meet the requirements of relevant design codes and construction standards of China railway.In the construction stage,attention should be paid to the pre-stressed pipe positioning,hole forming process control and quality process control.
