客货共线铁路箱梁装配式桥面系设计研究 被引量:4

摘要 为实现铁路建设绿色可持续发展,提升铁路桥梁装配化建设水平,针对客货共线铁路箱梁桥面附属设施,进行装配式结构设计研究。首先通过结构方案和连接方案比选,确定了挡砟墙、竖墙、边墙、电缆槽底板整体预制安装的结构方案,并确定电缆槽内的高强螺栓与桥面翼缘板连接的方案;其次采用铰接支承和弹性支承假定分别模拟边界约束,对结构关键参数开展理论分析;最后对客货共线铁路箱梁整体式装配桥面设计进行配筋计算。结果表明,提出的客货共线铁路箱梁装配式桥面系方案可满足设计要求,检算指标均具有一定安全余量,可以达到承受列车脱轨侧向撞击的设计目的。 In order to achieve sustainable development of green railway construction and improve the level of railway bridge prefabricated construction,the design of prefabricated structure for the auxiliary facilities of box girder bridge deck for mixed passenger and freight railway was studied.Firstly,through the comparison and selection of structural scheme and connection scheme,the structural scheme of integrated prefabrication and installation of ballast wall,vertical wall,side wall and base plate of cable trench was determined,and the connection scheme of high strength bolts in cable trench and flange plate of bridge deck was determined.Secondly,the hinge support and elastic support assumption were adopted to simulate boundary constraints respectively,and the theoretical analysis of key structural parameters was carried out.Finally,reinforcement design was conducted for the integrated prefabricated deck system of box girder bridge for mixed passenger and freight railway.The results show that the proposed prefabricated deck system of box girder bridge for mixed passenger and freight railway satisfies the design requirements,and the checking indexes have a certain safety margin,which can achieve the design purpose of bearing the lateral impact of train derailment load.
