基于倾角仪的铁路桥梁挠度检测系统的开发与应用 被引量:3

摘要 传统挠度测试方法存在适用性问题,倾角仪法为铁路桥梁挠度测试提供了一种新手段。通过比选倾角仪、数据采集设备的参数,基于LabVIEW编程软件开发了桥梁挠度检测系统,并结合斜拉桥、悬索桥的静动载试验对检测系统进行验证。结果表明:桥梁挠度检测系统测试得到的桥梁静态或准静态挠度较为理想,且该系统能够给出测试孔跨的挠度分布图,方便用户对桥梁挠度结果进行深入分析。 The traditional deflection test method has applicability problems.The inclinometer method provides a new method for the deflection test of railway bridges.By comparing the parameters of inclinometer and data acquisition equipment,the bridge deflection detection system is developed based on LabVIEW programming software,and verified by static and dynamic load tests of cable-stayed bridge and suspension bridge.The results show that the static or quasistatic deflection of the bridge measured by the bridge deflection detection system is ideal,and the system can give the deflection distribution map of the test span,which is convenient for users to conduct in-depth analysis of the bridge deflection results.
