一种排水沟挖掘装置的研制

摘要 为解决既有铁路桥梁排水沟无法机械清筛的问题,针对SQS300桥隧清筛机设计了一种排水沟挖掘装置。从挖掘装置组成、挖掘驱动功率、马达与油缸选型三个方面对该装置进行了总体设计,从浮动与保压控制、超高调平控制以及双侧马达控制三个方面介绍了该装置的工作原理,并通过现场挖掘试验对超高调平时间、马达转速等进行了测试与分析。结果表明:超高调整油缸速度为5.5 mm/s时超高调平时间最佳;仅单侧马达工作时电气控制盒自动使泵流量减半,双侧马达同时工作时泵满流量输出,且马达转速随给定电流基本呈线性变化;排水沟挖掘装置作业过程顺畅,功率充足,可挖松桥梁两侧排水沟区域道砟,恢复道床排水性能。 In order to solve the problem that the existing railway bridge drainage ditch can’t be mechanically cleaned,a digging device for drainage ditch is designed for SQS300 bridge and tunnel cleaning machine.The overall design of the device is carried out from three aspects of the composition of the digging device,the digging drive power,and the selection of motor and oil cylinder.The working principle of the device from three aspects of floating and pressure maintaining control,superelevation adjustment control and both sides motors control were introduced,the superelevation adjustment time and motor speed through field digging test were tested and analyzed.The results show that when the movement speed of the superelevation adjusting cylinder is 5.5 m/s,the superelevation adjustment time is the best.When only one side motor works,the electric control box automatically reduces the pump flow by half.When both sides motors work at the same time,the pump flow is full,and the motor speed basically changes linearly with the given current.The operation process of the digging device for drainage ditch is smooth and the power is sufficient,which can loosen the ballast in the drainage ditch area on both sides of the bridge and restore the drainage performance of the track bed.
