摘要
针对常用的岩土水平位移监测技术无法满足高速铁路运营条件下路基水平位移监测的安全、精度及可靠性要求,基于三轴向测斜传感器设计了高速铁路路基水平位移监测系统,通过面向传感器级别的核心硬件电路设计、监测系统级别的算法补偿将传感器零点漂移误差减小至0.01°,优化系统安装设计,形成变形捕捉能力强、监测精度高、稳定性好、易于便携安装的高速铁路路基水平位移监测系统。经现场验证,该系统长期监测精度可达±1.0 mm/30 m,满足高速铁路路基高精度变形监测的需求。
In view of the fact that the commonly used geotechnical horizontal displacement monitoring technology cannot meet the safety,accuracy and reliability requirements of the subgrade horizontal displacement monitoring under the condition of high speed railway operation.The horizontal displacement monitoring system of high speed railway subgrade was designed in this paper,based on the triaxial inclinometer.The sensor zero drift error was reduced to 0.01°by the sensor level core hardware circuit design and the monitoring systemlevel algorithm compensation.By optimizing the installation design of the system,a high speed railway subgrade horizontal displacement monitoring system with strong deformation capture ability,high monitoring accuracy,good stability and easy portable installation was formed.Through field verification,the long-term monitoring accuracy of the system can reach±1.0 mm/30 m,which can meet the needs of high-precision deformation monitoring of high speed railway subgrade.
