摘要
针对严寒地区高速铁路路基防水层粉化问题,通过典型工点现场调研、室内试验对路基防水层粉化整治技术进行研究。以哈大客运专线为工程背景,提出了冷拌砂粒式沥青混凝土防水层的结构形式和接口细部处理方案。结合应用工点的环境特点和材料技术要求,室内配制了具有良好抗飞散、耐温变性和耐紫外老化性能的砂粒式沥青混凝土。提出了适用于天窗作业的冷拌砂粒式沥青混凝土防水层施工工艺与质量控制要点,并通过压实度、平整度、厚度、坡度等指标验证了该技术的应用效果。
To solve the pulverization problem of subgrade waterproof layer of high speed railway in severe cold area,the pulverization treatment technology of subgrade waterproof layer through field investigation and laboratory test in typical construction sites was studied.Based on the engineering background of Harbin-Dalian passenger dedicated railway,this paper proposed the structure type and interface detail treatment schemof cold-mixed sand granular asphalt concrete waterproof layer.Combined with the environmental characteristics and mtechnical requirements of the application site,the sand granular asphalt concrete with good resistance to dispersion,temperature denaturation and ultraviolet aging was prepared indoor.The construction technology and quality control points of cold-mixed sand granular asphalt concrete waterproof layer suitable for skylight operation were put forward,and the application effect of this technology was verified from compaction degree,flatness,thickness,slope gradient and other indicators.
