不同坡率下纤维结构团粒喷播技术的适用性研究与应用

Applicability Research of Spray Seeding Technology of Fiber Structure with Pellet Under Different Slope Gradients and Its Application

针对铁路路基边坡生态防护高安全、高成活、少养护的需求,基于传统客土喷播技术,研发出纤维结构团粒喷播新技术。针对不同边坡坡率及岩性提出与纤维结构团粒喷播技术相适应的辅助加固措施,形成了一套相对完备的施工技术体系,并给出了具体的施工工序及要点。该技术已在京雄城际铁路、太焦铁路、蒙屏高速公路等线路工程中应用。实践表明,不同坡率边坡均取得良好的生态防护效果,推广应用前景广阔。

Aiming at the requirements of high safety,high survival and less maintenance for ecological protection of railway subgrade slope,a new spray seeding technology of fiber structure with pellet was developed based on the traditional external-soil spray seeding technology.According to the different slope gradients and lithology,the auxiliary reinforcement measures suitable for the fiber structure with pellet spray seeding technology were put forward,a relatively complete construction technology system was formed,and the specific construction process and key points were given.The technology has been applied in Beijing-Xiong’an intercity railway,Taiyuan-Jiaozuo railway,MengziPingbian expressway and other line projects.The practice shows that the slopes with different slope gradients have good ecological protection effect,and the application prospect is broad.
