摘要
采用加速老化试验方法,对高速铁路扣件系统橡胶垫板RP5的老化寿命进行了研究。结果表明,橡胶垫板RP5的压缩永久变形随老化时间的延长而增大,随老化温度的升高而增大。采用动力学公式法结合阿伦尼乌斯方程建立数学模型,用最小二乘法计算模型参数,从而预测橡胶垫板的老化寿命。用该模型预测25℃时橡胶垫板RP5的老化寿命为10.5年,可为高速铁路扣件系统橡胶垫板RP5的更换提供参考。
The aging life of rubber pad RP5 of high speed railway fastener system was studied by accelerated aging test.The results show that the compression permanent deformation of rubber pad RP5 increases with aging time and aging temperature.The mathematical model was established by combining the dynamic formula method with Arrhenius equation,and the model parameters were calculated by the least square method,so as to predict the aging life of rubber pads.In this paper,the predicted aging life of rubber pad RP5 at 25℃is 10.5 years,which provides a reference for the replacement of rubber pad RP5 of high speed railway fastener system.
