混凝土中硅烷改性聚乙烯塑料填料的增强效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过在混凝土中掺入不同含量的硅烷改性聚乙烯(GPE)制备了塑料混凝土,并对其性能进行了测试。结果表明加入GPE的混凝土抗压强度发生下降,但下降幅度低于未改性PE。GPE塑料混凝土的抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度均有一定的增加,并且增加幅度高于未改性PE。与标准样对比,制备的GPE塑料混凝土具有较好的力学强度。并且掺入GPE相较于掺入PE的混凝土具有最佳的耐磨性能,说明GPE塑料混凝土可以有效地用于路面材料之中。此外制备的GPE混凝土具有较好的耐久性,其抗冻融能力以及抗渗透能力均高于普通混凝土。 Plastic concrete was prepared by mixing different contents of silane-modified polyethylene(GPE)in the concrete,and its properties were tested.The results show that the compressive strength of concrete with GPE decreases,but the decrease is lower than that of unmodified PE.The flexural strength and splitting tensile strength of GPE plastic concrete was increased to a certain extent,and the increase was higher than that of unmodified PE.Compared with the standard sample,the prepared GPE plastic concrete has better mechanical strength.Moreover,compared with the concrete mixed with PE,the concrete mixed with GPE has the best abrasion resistance,indicating that GPE plastic concrete can be effectively used in pavement materials.In addition,the prepared GPE concrete has better durability,and its freeze-thaw resistance and permeability resistance are higher than ordinary concrete.
