摘要
通过在聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)塑料薄膜上负载聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)改性TiO_(2)光催化纳米粒子制备了集油水分离和光催化降解功能为一体的多功能复合材料。由于改性TiO_(2)带来的粗糙结构,使得PVDF/PVP/TiO_(2)-2复合薄膜具有较高的油水分离性能,分离通量和拒油率分别为164 L/(m^(2)·h)和99.8%。除此以外,PVDF/PVP/TiO_(2)-2复合薄膜在30 min内对甲基橙/甲苯乳液中甲基橙降解率达到了98.22%,并且对多种不同种类的可溶性污染物均具有较好的降解效果。循环稳定性方面,PVDF/PVP/TiO_(2)-2复合薄膜的分离性能以及光降解性能在经过10次循环后均为发生较大的下降,具有较好的实用性。
TiO_(2) photocatalytic nanoparticles modified by polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP)supported on polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)plastic film were prepared to integrate the functions of oil-water separation and photocatalytic degradation.Due to the rough structure caused by modified TiO_(2),PVDF/PVP/TiO_(2)-2 composite film has a high oil-water separation performance,with the separation flux and oil rejection rate up to 164 L/(m^(2)·h)and 99.8%respectively.In addition,PVDF/PVP/TiO_(2)-2 achieved 98.22%degradation rate of methyl orange in methyl orange/toluene emulsion within 30 min,and showed good degradation effect on various kinds of soluble pollutants.In terms of cycling stability,the separation performance and photodegradation performance of PVDF/PVP/TiO_(2)-2 all declined significantly after 10 cycles,showing good practicability.
