摘要
本研究制备了玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯(PP/GF)复合材料,并研究了玻璃纤维(GF)添加的用量对PP/GF复合材料的力学性能和耐腐蚀性的影响。采用SEM、热失重和强度测试对PP/GF复合材料的形貌和力学性能进行分析。结果表明:GF作为增强体可以在PP材料中呈现出良好的分散状态,GF在PP材料的均匀分散能够提高其作为工程塑料的力学性能、阻燃特性和耐腐蚀性。通过拉伸强度和弯曲强度测试发现,当GF在PP/GF复合材料中的加入量为15%时,复合材料具有最佳的力学性能。
In this paper,glass fiber reinforced polypropylene(PP/GF)composites were prepared and the effects of the added amount of glass fiber(GF)on the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of PP/GF composites were studied.The morphology and mechanical properties of PP/GF composites were analyzed by SEM,thermogravimetric test and strength test.The results show that the GF as the reinforcement can be dispersed in PP well and improve the mechanical properties,flame retardant properties and corrosion resistance of the composites as engineering plastics.The tensile strength and bending strength test showed that when the amount of GF added in PP composite was 15%,the composite had the best mechanical properties.
