摘要
通过将聚乙烯与木质素混合制备了具有较好相容性的复合塑料泡沫,并对其物理性能、阻燃性能以及保温性能进行了研究。结果表明:PE-20号样具有最佳的相容性,其结构呈现均匀的多孔结构。在物理性能和阻燃性能方面,PE-20均表现出了最佳的物理性能以及阻燃性能,其弯曲强度、冲击强度、维卡软化温度、热释放速率峰值、平均燃烧时间以及烟密度分别为48.6 MPa、15.62 kJ/m^(2)、86℃、215 kW/m^(2),16 s和52%,满足规定的标准值。PE-20具有较好的保温性能。同时,PE-20在腐蚀环境和抗老化处理下仍能保持较高的弯曲强度,因此可以有效的应用于建筑材料之中。
Composite plastic foam with good compatibility was prepared by mixing polyethylene with lignin,and its physical properties,flame retardancy and thermal insulation properties were studied.The results show that PE-20 sample has the best compatibility,and its structure shows uniform porous structure.In terms of physical properties and flame retardant performance,PE-20 show the best physical properties and flame retardancy,the bending strength,impact strength,Vicat softening temperature,the peak heat release rate,average burning time and smoke density of PE-20 are48.6 MPa,15.62 k J/m^(2),86℃,215 k W/m^(2),16 s and 52%respectively,and satisfied with the specified standard.PE-20 has good thermal insulation performance.At the same time,PE-20 can maintain high bending strength in corrosive environment and anti-aging treatment,so it can be effectively used in building materials.
