当代逆全球化主要表现为贸易保护主义抬头,国际产业链收缩,多边主义出现逆转。逆全球化背景下构建经济内循环的现实逻辑在于:面对国内外经济发展形势的新变化,中国经济发展模式亟待转变。构建经济内循环是经济发展行稳致远的应然之策、产业链升级的实然之举和内外平衡的必然选择。逆全球化背景下,应当通过推进产业链改造升级、培育扩大内需市场、扩大对内产业投资、加强科技自主创新和持续深化对外开放等路径构建经济内循环。

The contemporary de-globalization is mainly manifested in the rise of trade protectionism,the contraction of international industrial chain and the reversal of multilateralism.In the face of new changes in the economic development at home and abroad,it is urgent to construct a new economic development mode in China.The construction of domestic economic cycle is a necessary requirement for economic development to achieve stability and long-term development,a practical measure for the actual action of industrial chain upgrading and an inevitable choice for internal and external balance.Under the background of de-globalization,we should construct the domestic economic cycle by promoting the transformation and upgrading of the industrial chain,cultivating and expanding the domestic demand market,expanding the investment in domestic industries,strengthening the independent innovation of science and technology,and continuously pushing foward the opening up with profound quality.
