摘要
为了探索新垦蕉园有机肥适宜用量,以威廉斯B6香蕉组培苗为试验材料,采用盆栽试验,研究不同用量有机肥对香蕉苗的生长、植株养分含量及土壤理化性质的影响。研究表明,适宜范围内施用有机肥能显著提高土壤pH、有机质含量,并为蕉苗提供生长发育所需的多种养分,但是投入过量有机肥会使蕉苗出现盐害反应,严重时导致蕉苗枯萎死亡,因此针对广西酸性土壤上新垦蕉园的种植,建议施用10~15 kg/株有机肥进行土壤改良,提高蕉苗成活率。
In order to explore the appropriate amount of organic fertilizer in newly cultivated banana plantation, a pot experiment with tissue seedling of banana Williams B6 was conducted to study the effects of different amounts of organic fertilizer on the growth of banana seedling, plant nutrient content, and soil physical and chemical properties.Studies have shown that suitable application of organic fertilizer can significantly increase soil pH and organic matter content,providing banana seedlings with various nutrients for their growth.But excessive fertilization causes salt damage,resulting in withering and death of banana seedling.Regarding to acid soil in newly cultivated banana plantation in Guangxi,it is recommended to apply organic fertilizer of 10~15 kg/plant for soil improvement and increase of survival rate of banana seedling.
