广西木薯产业发展形势与对策建议

Development Situation of Guangxi’s Cassava Industry and Its Countermeasures

木薯作为淀粉工业的主力、新能源的潜在能源和饲料产业的清洁原料,在食品和加工业发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。广西是我国木薯生产的主产区,产业提升对广西经济发展具有重要意义。根据广西木薯产业发展现状,提出明确木薯产业定位,将其纳入各级地方产业发展规划;加强科技创新能力,将木薯产业打造成为高价值产业;实施规模经营,加快推进木薯种植的机械化智能化;强龙头、补链条、聚集群;促进食用木薯产业化,推动特色木薯食品化利用快速发展等提升广西木薯产业的对策。

Cassava is the main force of starch industry,potential source of new energy and clean raw material of feed industry,playing an increasingly important role in the development of food and processing industry. Guangxi is China’s main cassava producing area,and industrial upgrading is of great significance to the economic development of Guangxi. According to the development situation of Guangxi’s cassava industry,this paper suggests to determine the position of cassava industry and incorporate it into local industrial development plans at all levels;enhance scientific and technological innovation to build cassava industry into a high-value industry;implement large-scale operation to accelerate the mechanization and intelligence of cassava planting;strengthen leading enterprises,supplement industrial chain and make industry clustering;facilitate the industrialization of edible cassava and promote the development of characteristic cassava,so as to improve Guangxi’s cassava industry.
