Exploration of the Cultural Education of Young Athletes under the Background of Great Education Concept

在大教育观背景下,要有效提高青少年运动员的综合素质,教练员必须转变教育观念,增强自身的文化素养,创新教学方法,优化评价考核体系,提升文化教育的占比,以培养更多优秀的后备青少年运动员。文章分析当前青少年运动员的文化教育现状,并提出几点大教育观背景下青少年运动员文化教育优化策略。

Under the background of the concept of education,in order to effectively improve the comprehensive quality of young athletes,coaches must change the concept of education,enhance their own cultural literacy,innovate teaching methods,optimize the evaluation system,and enhance the proportion of cultural education,so as to cultivate more excellent reserve young athletes.This paper analyzes the current situation of cultural education of young athletes,and puts forward some strategies to optimize the cultural education of young athletes under the background of the concept of education.
