摘要
身体素质是一切体育运动的基础,在青少年排球运动中,教师一定要重视青少年的身体素质训练。在对青少年进行身体素质训练时,教练不能盲目增加青少年训练的强度,而要遵循青少年的身体发展规律,了解其身体承受能力,进行有针对性的、科学的、合理的训练,增强青少年体质,促进青少年健康成长。
Physical fitness is the basis of all sports,in the youth volleyball,teachers must pay attention to the physical fitness training of teenagers.In the physical quality training for teenagers,coaches should not blindly increase the intensity of teenagers'training,but follow the law of teenagers'physical development,understand their physical endurance,carry out targeted,scientific and reasonable training,enhance teenagers'physique and promote their healthy growth.
