岸桥斜撑的抗震拓扑优化 被引量:1

摘要 斜撑的布置方式对岸桥的抗震能力影响很大,为此提出一种基于拓扑优化的岸桥斜撑设计方法。将岸桥的上部门框和下部门框定义为斜撑拓扑优化的设计域。根据岸桥结构的特点定义岸桥的抗震性能要求,以斜撑的塑性变形、主体结构的弹性变形为约束,建立岸桥斜撑抗震拓扑优化的数学模型。为提高斜撑的抗压承载能力和耗能能力,将屈曲约束支撑应用到岸桥斜撑的设计中。采用非线性优化求解器对所提出的数学模型进行求解。将优化后的岸桥结构在OpenSees中建模,分析岸桥在地震作用下的弹塑性变形情况。结果表明:基于屈曲约束支撑的岸桥斜撑拓扑优化方法,可得到符合岸桥抗震性能要求的斜撑布置方案。 The layout configuration of braces has a great impact on the seismic resistance of container cranes.Thus a topology optimization-based seismic design is proposed for configuring the braces in container cranes.The upper and lower portal frames of container cranes are selected as the design domain of topology optimization.Based on the characteristics of container cranes,a new performance target is put forward.The plastic deformation of braces and the elastic deformation of the main structures are included as the performance constraints,upon which the mathematical model for topology optimization of braces is founded.To improve the compression resistance and the energy-consumption ability of braces,the buckling restrained brace is adopted.A nonlinear optimizer is applied to solve the topology optimization problem.Container cranes with optimized brace configurations are modelled using OpenSees and the structural elastoplastic deformations under various seismic loadings are analyzed.The results demonstrate that the proposed topology optimization approach for the brace configuration is able to achieve seismic-resistant container cranes with expected performances.
