摘要
以起重机金属结构为代表的空间双向压弯构件非线性强度计算问题受到普遍关注。以典型动臂式起重机的动臂为研究对象,其平面内和平面外的约束条件不同,给出了塔式起重机设计规范(GB/T 13752—2017)非线性强度校核公式中危险截面的位置公式,该公式与构件的尺寸参数、截面参数和材料参数有关。比较了起重机设计规范(GB/T 3811—2008)和塔式起重机设计规范(GB/T 13752—2017)非线性强度校核公式之间的差异性和影响因素。通过算例展示了吊重偏摆角的不同,应合理选用合适的规范校核公式。
The problem of nonlinear strength calculation of space biaxial compression columns represented by crane metal structures has received widespread attention.Taking the luffing jib of a typical boom crane as the research object,duo to their in-plane and out-of-plane constraints are different,the position formula of the dangerous section in the nonlinear strength check formula of design rules for tower crane(GB/T 13752—2017)is proposed.The formula is related to the dimension,section and material parameters of the members.Then the differences and influencing factors of nonlinear strength check formula between design rules for cranes(GB/T 3811—2008)and design rules for tower cranes(GB/T 13752—2017)are investigated and compared.The appropriate specification check formula should be selected reasonably due to the difference of hoisting skew angle through the examples.
